Why Choose Infrared Heating?

These matt white panels provide stylish, low-cost heating by warming objects and surfaces and not just the air. This stored heat radiates throughout the room, including floors, walls, and furniture, creating a consistent and comfortable 360° warmth.

Unlike traditional convection heaters, which can cause uneven room temperatures (e.g., 25°C at the ceiling and 15°C at your feet), infrared heating ensures even heat distribution at living height, reducing the common cold-feet issue.

Ideal for a ceiling placement for residential and office buildings. The wire must not touch the back of the heater, but must be perpendicular to the panel. Minimum gap to to any objects or walls must be 20cm from the edge of the panel and 50cm from the front of the panel.

Remote Control for the Lotus Wifi heaters

Remote Control Setup

IMPORTANT! In order to be able to use the heater, you need to set up the remote control.
The remote control acts as the thermostat for the heater. You can place the remote control wherever you would choose to measure the temperature.
Once the remote control has been setup, you can control the heater from that device, or pair your phone app "Smart Life - Smart Living" with the heater, if that is your preference.

1. Insert the batteries into the remote control, or plug in the USB-C cable. (Do not insert any batteries if the cable is in use)
2. Turn the remote control off.
3. Long press the menu (right) and up buttons at the same time to enter the "b" mode.
3. Use the menu (right) button to find the "b3" mode.
4. Turn on the WiFi module on the back of the heater.
5. In the "b3" mode, repeatedly tap the "up" button until '55' appears.
The heater and remote control are now connected. The heater is now fully operational and can be paired with your phone app for convenience.

Installation for the Lotus heaters

Testimonials for the Lotus Heaters

Home in Lowestoft

Lowestoft home heater

I have ordered several heaters from the Infrared Heater Company, coming back several times because their products and service are absolutely brilliant.

I work for a property management company and have refurbished several properties with these heaters because they look so good, and have been so pleased, I have installed them into my own house too.

The installation of the infrared heaters is very straightforward and not a complicated process, which made the decision to install them on other properties even easier. The website has been easy to use, and when placing the order, the individual was very knowledgeable and able to assist me with the purchases.

I cannot recommend this company enough, and will definitely be coming back for further products.

I first became aware of IR radiators on the TV programme Grand Designs. At a homebuilding exhibition I saw them in Swindon and was impressed. I researched IR panels online and decided to diversify from my gas boiler rather than replace it. For our extension I chose a mix: underfloor heating downstairs, ceiling-mounted IR panels in the old house, and IR radiators in the master bedroom and bathroom on pull-cords for instant warmth.

After one winter using the IR radiators our experience is very positive: thermostat-controlled panels heat gently without dryness or smell. They take about 5 minutes to warm up and the bedroom/bathroom units (600W) cost under 10p per hour, the 900W downstairs unit about 14p. Add solar panels and they can run almost cost-free.
